2. How long are classes?
Generally speaking, classes start on the hour and last either 50 minutes or one hour 50 minutes. (for example:  9am to 9:50am)
This is so that our training doesn’t disrupt our students’ regular meetings.

3. If I can’t attend a lesson, can I reschedule it?
Our general rule for rescheduling is students should contact Keith Industries and their instructor by 8pm the day before their scheduled lesson in order to reschedule.  We will not be able to reschedule same day cancellations. All rescheduled lessons must be completed within the course term.

4. Are KI’s classes online or face-to-face?
Currently, we are conducting all of our training sessions online but if you are specifically interested in face-to-face training, and are based in Japan, so please contact us for your free consultation.

5. Does KI use textbooks?
KI has developed its own rich archive of materials for all levels of English learners (CEFR A1/A2, B1/B2, C1/C2) which we will customize to your needs. This is the best way to ensure that we align our training curriculum with your needs. We have specific materials which are built around our unique Real Time Learning methodology which delivers the most impactful and meaningful learning experience.   Our materials cover everything from meeting facilitation to sales presentations and price negotiations to IT project management.   We can also create new materials for our clients based on your specific needs.

6. What kind of instructors does KI have access to?
We invest heavily in getting the most experienced and talented instructors.
Each instructor has more than 10 years of experience teaching ESL and business communication, is a native speaker of English and, mostly importantly, has a passion for teaching with a strong interest in the learner’s experience and helping our students to achieve their goals.

7. How long does it take to get KI training set up?
The fastest we can get set up is one week. However, if you require customized content this may take longer depending on your needs so please contact us for your free consultation.

8. What platforms does KI use for your training?
Training is usually conducted using Zoom or MS teams and students are given access to secure online documents in which we have the lesson plans, assignments and the instructor writes feedback, provides templates and examples, and any other class content. These documents can be accessed and downloaded anytime by the students.
