(2011 to present)

Background

Since 2011, Keith Industries has organized and provided dynamic Business English training courses to all SAP Japan employees across the organization.

As SAP has transformed over the past 12 years, Keith Industries has effectively aligned and scaled our training with SAP’s business objectives as well as the current trends in the global market. 

Objectives
To empower SAP Japan employees with the English competency, mindset and behavior of a global talent with the confidence and communication skills to drive SAP business. 

Course Outline
Keith Industries has created specific courses to align with SAP Japan employees’ objectives. All of our training courses are built upon our Real Time Learning ™  methodology and a student focused simulation based training approach.

Background
Qualtrics Japan’s business has been expanding rapidly and their employees need to communicate with global colleagues to drive business in Japan.

Objectives
To empower Qualtrics Japan employees with the English competency, mindset and behavior of a global talent with the confidence and communication skills to drive SAP business. 

Course Outline
We utilized our core course curriculum for sales members and non-sales members. 
The students’ English levels varied from A2 to B2 and we organized the groups according to their English level.
We customized the lesson content based on Qualtrics Japan’s specific requests.

Background
OSIsoft Japan needed to provide support for their customers in Japan by leveraging support from their US colleagues. Their sales team and technical support team had to conduct regular communication with US colleagues using English.

Objectives
To empower OSIsoft Japan employees with the English competency, mindset and behavior of a global talent with the confidence and communication skills to drive SAP business. 

Course Outline
We created unique courses for sales members and technical support members. The students’ English levels varied from A2 to B2 and we organized the content for their job role and English level.

To empower OSIsoft Japan employees with the English competency, and ability to market and sell their products overseas, including negotiations, presentations and supply chain, delivery organization. 

Course Outline
We created unique courses for Unical executives, sales, marketing and back office staff. The students’ English levels varied from A2 to B2 and we organized the content for their job role and English level.
